Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of learn.networkwithmohsin.com and any services offered on it. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Who we are
"We", "us", "our", and "NWM" refer to Network With Mohsin Training and Consulting Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 of India, CIN U62090TS2026PTC214770, with its registered office at H No 17-1-B/79/202, Library Rd, Santoshnagar Colony, Saidabad, Hyderabad- 500059, Telangana.
"You" refers to any person who accesses the platform, creates an account, or purchases services. "Platform" means the website at learn.networkwithmohsin.com and any sub-domain we operate.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make a purchase. By using the platform you confirm you meet this requirement and, if using the platform on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@networkwithmohsin.com so we can suspend the account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Where possible, we will notify you first.
4. How a purchase is formed
Prices, course descriptions and cohort dates on the platform are an invitation to offer, not a binding offer. When you submit an order and pay, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email to the address you supplied. If we do not accept your order, any amount paid is refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
5. Pricing and payment
- Prices displayed at checkout are the prices you pay. Taxes are shown separately where applicable.
- Payments are processed by third-party gateways (currently Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, subject to your selection at checkout). We do not store card numbers.
- You are responsible for any bank, currency conversion, or issuer charges on your side.
- We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
6. Delivery of services
- Live cohorts are delivered on the scheduled dates communicated in the order confirmation. Sessions are recorded and made available inside the LMS.
- Self-paced courses are available for immediate access in the LMS on order confirmation. 12 months full access from purchase date. Extension at renewal rate available.
- Lab access, where included, is provided on a dedicated instance for your account. You must not share credentials or use the lab for any activity outside the course.
- Certificates are issued when the completion criteria stated for the course are met.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Refund entitlements, timelines and exceptions are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement. In summary:
- Live cohorts: full refund or free transfer more than 7 days before start; 50% refund or free transfer within 7 days before start; no refund after Day 1 or after lab credentials issued.
- Self-paced courses: refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% content consumed and no DRM-protected video downloaded.
- Refunds are to the original payment method in the original currency.
8. Intellectual property
- All content on the platform, including course videos, lab guides, mindmaps, quizzes, certificates, code, images, and page layouts, is owned by NWM or licensed to us and is protected under the Copyright Act 1957 of India and applicable international treaties.
- Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the content for your own learning within the access period stated at purchase.
- You may not download, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, resell, sub-licence, or create derivative works from the content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
- Screenshots or short clips shared publicly for personal review and honest opinion are permitted, provided they are not substantial and do not defeat the paid nature of the content.
- Third-party trademarks, including Cisco, F5, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, and (ISC)², belong to their respective owners. NWM is an independent training provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these vendors.
9. Prohibited use
You must not, and must not permit any other person to:
- Share your account credentials or use another person's account.
- Record, capture, download, screen-scrape, or redistribute course content protected by DRM.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source content from the platform or the lab environment.
- Use the platform, labs, or content to train any machine learning or AI model without our prior written permission.
- Use the labs for penetration testing, attacks, or any activity outside the scope of the course exercises.
- Submit content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, unlawful, or infringes any third-party right, when using discussion or community features.
- Impersonate NWM staff or another user, or misrepresent your identity.
- Use the platform or systems for spam, mass communication, or unauthorised commercial purposes.
- Interfere with the platform's operation, attempt to bypass access controls, or introduce any malicious code.
We may suspend or terminate access, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached this section, and we may report serious breaches to law enforcement.
10. Community and user-submitted content
You retain ownership of anything you post in discussion or community features. By posting, you grant NWM a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and moderate that content for the purpose of operating the platform.
We may remove or edit user-submitted content that breaches these terms. We are not obliged to monitor all submissions but may do so.
11. Certificates and credentials
- NWM certificates are issued to confirm completion of the training described in the course. They are not vendor certifications.
- Each certificate carries a unique candidate ID and is publicly verifiable at learn.networkwithmohsin.com/verify.
- We may revoke a certificate if it was obtained by fraud, impersonation, or breach of these terms. Revocation is recorded on the verification page.
- You may share your certificate publicly, including on LinkedIn using the verification URL as the credential URL.
12. Third-party services and links
The platform integrates services provided by third parties (payment gateways, video delivery, email, DNS, analytics). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties, subject to law.
The platform may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, security, or availability, and inclusion of a link is not an endorsement.
13. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. Where a change materially affects your paid access, we will notify you by email and, where reasonable, offer a suitable alternative or a proportionate refund.
14. Disclaimers
The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NWM does not warrant that the content will meet any specific certification, exam, or career outcome. Your professional results depend on your effort, prior experience, and circumstances beyond our control.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 of India or any other law that cannot be limited or excluded by contract.
15. Limitation of liability
Subject to Clause 14, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of the platform and services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity.
Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold NWM harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the platform, including any claim brought by a third party arising from content you submit or from your unauthorised use of course content.
17. Suspension and termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting support@networkwithmohsin.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in the Refund Policy.
- We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud, or unlawful activity. Where possible, we will give notice; in serious cases we may act immediately.
- On termination, your right to access the platform ends. Clauses that are intended to survive termination (including 8, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19) continue in force.
18. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, riot, epidemic, government action, failure of internet service, or failure of any third-party provider we depend on. If the event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate affected orders and receive a proportionate refund for services not yet delivered.
19. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any right of consumers to bring proceedings in their local jurisdiction under applicable law, courts at Hyderabad, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms.
Before commencing any dispute, you agree to first raise the issue with us in writing at grievance@networkwithmohsin.com and give us 30 days to attempt resolution in good faith.
20. General
- Entire agreement: these terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any order confirmation, form the entire agreement between you and NWM.
- Severability: if any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in force.
- No waiver: our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
- Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity on notice to you.
- Notices: legal notices to us must be sent to grievance@networkwithmohsin.com. Notices to you will be sent to the email on your account.
- Changes: we may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
